Tasting Notes:
Nose
Prunes, dried apple chips, and stewed stone fruits join fragrant oak, with coffee and walnut cake, caramelised biscuits, and candied almonds.
Palate
Superbly soft, with nutty oak and toasted marzipan, treacle tart, and creamy chocolate. Drying spice nestles in the depths, with rich cacao in tow.
Finish
Dark chocolate and maple syrup linger, with coffee ice cream, oak char, delicate spice, toasted vanilla, and an elegant touch of leather.
