This limited edition single malt from Yoichi distillery matures in ex-bourbon casks then finishes six months in 28-year-old apple brandy barrels, blending Hokkaido peat with fruity elegance. Nose bursts with sweet apple compote, cherry pie, malty richness, and subtle smoky brine. Palate delivers oily richness: cinnamon smoke, baked apple pastry, toffee, pineapple, and faint peat herbalism.
