The story of the Alfred Dunhill Cumberland briar pipe began in a warehouse on Cumberland Road in London 1979 where some Root briar pipes were discovered. Using these old pipes as a foundation for the design, the white spot Cumberland took on a sandblasted briar bowl and shank which was then stained deep brown, just the start of these beautifully crafted pipes. This pipe comes with a stunning silver band.
