We take great care to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.<\/p>\n

We operate SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri).<\/p>\n

Items will be sent via Royal Mail 48 as standard (2-3 working days \u2013 subject to stock availability and any necessary security checks).*<\/p>\n

Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following working day.<\/p>\n

The following shipping options are available for an additional fee.<\/p>\n

Royal Mail 24 <\/span>(1-2 working days). Most packages shipped via this method arrive the next day. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays.<\/p>\n

Special Delivery \u2013 Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery<\/span> (cut off point for this service is 2.00pm) to all U.K. addresses. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery.<\/p>\n

Saturday Special Delivery<\/span> (cut off point for this service is 2.00pm Friday). Guaranteed delivery by 1.00pm Saturday.<\/p>\n

International Shipping (Tracked delivery) <\/span>European deliveries usually arrive within 7 working days but can take up to 25 working days. Intercontinental deliveries may take up to 25 working days. This is a tracked service. Courier service available upon request.<\/p>\n

Delivery to Europe \u2013 Please be aware we can no longer send tobacco products to the EU due to current legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery to the USA \u2013 Due to new Credit Card regulations Havana House will no longer ship to the USA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please be aware we can only ship lighters to UK addresses unless agreed prior to order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

We offer FREE UK Delivery (via Royal Mail 48) on all orders over \u00a340.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a34.50 Royal Mail 48 for orders under \u00a339.99 delivered within the UK.<\/p>\n

\u00a35.95 Royal Mail 24 for all orders (unless other service is requested) delivered within the UK.<\/p>\n

\u00a39.95 for Next Day Special Delivery within the UK Monday \u2013 Friday (Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1.00pm).<\/p>\n

\u00a313.95 for Saturday Special Delivery (Guaranteed Saturday delivery by 1.00pm) within the UK.<\/p>\n

International Shipping cost will be quoted at check out.<\/p>\n
